Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
  • Gather, Analyze and report Client requirement & Market information.
  • To call and set up meetings with the pre-generated leads
  • Meet & engage customers and help them understand various product features.
  • Making client calls for potential business and maintaining customer inquiries while documenting client scope, making sure the sales process has progressed effectively.
  • Efficiently apply sales techniques to close business deals.
  • Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on solution derived customer service.
  • Promote the product through participation in promotion activities and campaigns
  • Collaborate and develop creative marketing content
  • Support Digital Marketing and IT team to develop marketing and design strategies for promoting clients programs and services.
  • Maintain data related to partners, accounts and document customer interactions.
