Fire Alarm Systems

How it works?

Fire Alarm System detects and notifies early signs of fire even before it starts. Our Advanced Conventional Fire Alarm System is designed as per The Fire Protection Authority (NFPA) and is ideal for small to medium sized offices, residential complexes and buildings.

What makes up the Fire Alarm System?

Control Panel The Control Panel is the brain of the system. All the detectors are connected to the panel via wired loops. The looping is such that if any detector faults out, main panel will give a loop open or short signal. This enables one to know immediately when the Fire Alarm System is not functioning correctly. There are two types of fire alarm systems panels available –  Conventional and Addressable.

Conventional Smoke Detector The smoke detector is manufactured according to UL 268 standards. It senses the presence of smoke and warns before fire starts.

Conventional Heat Detector The EN-54 approved conventional heat detector is designed with state of the art combination of “Rate-of-Rise” and “Fixed-Temperature” operations and ensures reliable heat detection in all environments

Manual Call Point  This is a manual alarm and is ideally placed at entrance/exit points. When someone spots fire or smoke, he can break the glass cover of the Manual Call Point and generate an alarm

Response Indicator  A response indicator is device that gives remote visual indication of fire alarm going off if the detectors are placed in areas that are not visible easily

Hooter  The hooter is separately connected to the control panel. When a detector goes into an alarm condition, it communicates with the main control panel, which in turn activates the hooter and a siren is generated
